Good news! You can now use your myeppendorf account to log in.  For customers that do not have a myeppendorf account, your existing epExpress account has been converted into a myeppendorf account. Your email address is the username and your password is the same as before.

For best accuracy, upon placing your first order, please verify and correct your shipping and billing address accordingly.  Please note that any orders placed in our old system will be completed there and not transferred into the new system.

Thank you for interest in our mail-in pipette calibration and repair services. We offer a variety of calibration service products that have been designed to match our customer's needs—all of which are available through the mail-in program.

Sending in your pipettes to our calibration and repair service centers is fast and easy.

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Complete our online Pipette Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form.

    You must complete our online Pipette Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form before you send us your pipettes. The following information is required for you to complete the form and will enable us to quickly process your calibration/repair service order.

    If you are using a purchase order for payment, you must also provide a valid purchase order number. An estimated cost for your service order will be provided as you complete the form so that you can obtain a purchase order for the appropriate amount.

    If you need time to obtain a PO number, you will have the option to exit the completed Pipette Calibration/Repair Authorization Form and return to it later. Your information will be saved. You will be provided a unique web Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Number and will use this number to return to the completed form at a later time.

    You may also use a credit card for payment.

  2. Submit and print two copies of the completed form

    After you submit your completed Pipette Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form, you will receive a prompt to print the form. When you click the print button, 2 copies of the completed form will be printed. One copy must be included with your pipette shipment and the other should be retained for your records.

  3. Pack and ship your pipettes

    Pack your pipettes to ensure that they do not get damaged during shipping. Enclose a copy of the completed Pipette Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form. Ship to the address printed on the Pipette Calibration/Repair Service Authorization Form.

    (Note: mail-in pipette calibration and repair services are performed at our MA and CA facilities. Please send your pipettes to the facility noted on your completed form.)
